(Yes - it's my first time reading it. I'm shocked and amazed, too!)
OMG, I just realized I've never read it! I've watched the "movie" version several times. I knew there was a book, but never got around to getting my hands on it.
I've never seen the movie. Anime isn't really my "thing" (except for a handful that an old friend has done voicing for). The book is absolutely delightful, though! At least, the first 3 chapters have been ;)
I'm wondering what book this teaser is from! It's very intriguing, I know that this is a typical stereotype of firstborns too :/ I hope you're enjoying your read nonetheless!

As no image is showing up for The Book, I had to google 'Ingary' to find where the quote was from. I've never even heard of it.

It's "Howl's Moving Castle" ... Going to fix the image now. It's still showing up for me but I'll play with it anyway :)
