Title: Over My Dead Husband's Body
Author: Etta Faire
Publication: 27 June 2018
Format: Kindle ebook
Amazon Description:
When your free house includes a dead roommate…
Carly was thrilled when her ex-husband left her his house after he died. (It was even better that the man was dead, honestly.) But the inheritance meant moving back to the small lakefront town of Landover, a place she said she’d never return to.
There was something strange lurking underneath that seemingly calm and cozy town.
And, as soon as she opens the door to her free house, she figures out why they say nothing is ever free in life. Her ex-husband’s ghost is hovering in her living room, same snotty tone as before, same pretentious beard he always kept perfectly combed.
He’s haunting the place, wanting her to help him solve his murder, by channeling with him to relive it moment by moment. He tells her it will be like she’s him, living through his memories while looking for clues.
Little does Carly know, this is just the beginning. There are many ghost-clients in Landover exactly like her ex. And each murder case she solves seems to uncover more and more of the town’s paranormal secrets lurking underneath it.
Over My Dead Husband’s Body is the first book in the paranormal mystery series the Ghosts of Landover.
Ramble-y Teaserish Stuff
So once again things kind of fell apart in my world and the desire to read went by the far wayside. Well, the desire was there ... but the ability to concentrate enough to do anything about it was pretty dang non-existent.

I'm trying.
Normally I would turn to Carriger or Moore or Austen ... this time I'm diving into the "when the heck did I buy that" depths of my Kindle. (Turns out this one was December 2018.) I'm only about half way through, but so far it's wonderfully fluffy and trashy and pretty damn amusing. It's basically brain candy and just what I need.
